By submitting your passports and visa applications to BCV , you agree all the terms and conditions set forth below.

BCV has no involvement in the Passport and Visa assessment and decision- making process. Whether a Passpoert or Visa is to be issued or not to be issued, and what type of Visa or Passport to be issued as well as its period of validity, number of entry and duration of stay shall be decided by Government or the Consulate General in the light of Contry's relevant laws and regulations. An applicant will be required to pay a service fee to BCV regardless of approval or disapproval of his or her application by the Government or Consulate General. The service fee is non-refundable.

Your visa application may only be withdrew before we hand in your documents to the Consulate for processing (please call us to check the status).

Your completed Passport or Visas are normally sent by Federal Express, UPS or other courier services and are subject to the conditions set by these companies for shipment. BCV shall not be held responsible for any loss or delays caused by these delivery services.

BCV will be liable for the loss or damage to a passport during the course of application processing, and the declared value is limited to the actual replacement cost of the passport. BCV shall not be responsible for any other cost.

BCV will not be responsible for loss or delay caused by events that we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including passport and embassy consular officials).

BCV will not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential and including, but not limited to, loss of income or profits, in excess of the BCV Service fees paid by customer for visa or passport processing, whether or not BCV had knowledge that such damages might by incurred.

Each country's requirements for passports and visas and related information are established by sovereign nations and are subject to change without notice. While BCV strives to provide current and complete information, BCV cannot and does not guarantee that the information supplied is the most current and complete.
