APPLICATION PRE-CHECK INTRUDUCTION

Many applicants have found confusing and difficult to prepare an application without making mistakes or missing documents, causing delays to securing a visa application or document authentication. To help our clients navigate the increasingly complicated process, BCV is pleased to offer your Application Pre-check service. Experienced BCV specialists with more than 15 years of visa/passport processing experience will review and check your documents to help you with the application forms and support documents to meet Consulate's requirement to confirm that your application is ready to be submitted. We will contact you if there is information that needs to be corrected.

WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION PRE- CHECKING SERVICE 

  1. Visa (China visa, Russian Visa and other Visa) Application Pre-Checking

  2. Passport Application Pre-Checking

  3. Document Authentication Pre-Checking

 

APPLICATION PRE-CHECK PROCESS

Pre-Checking Service will review and contact with you at same day if we received your scanned your application before 1:00 pm on Monday – Friday. The request received after 4:00 pm will be responded to you by 11:00 am the following business day.

  1. Complete your application form related with your application and gather all required documents mentioned in our website.

  2. Fill out BCV Order Form online, then print out and email to us. 

  3. Scan your application and all required documents.

  4. Email your application and documents to: info@bcvisa.com with your order form.

 
SERVICE FEES

  • $28.00 for each U.S Passport application pre-Checking

  • $39.00 for each Visa application pre-Checking

  • $49.00 for each Document Authentication pre-Checking.

TERMS OF USE

By submitting your documents to BCV Visa and Passport Service for our application checking service, you will be consenting to the following statements in addition to the standard BCV Visa and Passport Service Terms and Conditions:

  1. The applicant’s information page of the passport must be submitted along with all other required documents.

  2. BCV will only check the application when all required documents are submitted and you must send us pre-checking order form. You must submit all the required documents and forms that are listed on our website.

  3. BCV Pre-Checking fee is non-refundable and charges will apply at the time your documents are received and a check has been completed.

  4. We require that you send your pre-checking applications to our office within five business days. Applications submitted outside this timeframe cannot be assumed to be correct due to changes that could be imposed by the Embassy/Consulate.

  5. BCV Pre-checking service enables Visa or Passport applicants to prepare their documents according to published Embassy/Consulate requirements. It does not guarantee the approval of the application or issuance of a visa/passport, which is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate. It also does not guarantee that the Embassy or Consulate shall not require additional supporting documents from applicant. The fact that Embassy or Consulate may ask for additional documents, or that the applicant is denied a visa or passport issue, does not constitute ground for applicant to request a refund.
