CHINA WORK VISA INTRODUCTION
Prepare, Collect and Send the Following Documents
1.  Valid Passport
    You must send your valid actual passport to us.  Your passport must have at least 6 months validity
    remaining before expiration  and must have at least one blank visa page.
    Note: The last three pages on the U.S. Passport are not visa pages and are not acceptable. If your passport
    doesn't meet the requirement, click here to see our passport services.
  • Non-U.S. Citizens must send a copy of their green cards or work visa.

2.  Application Form
    You must fill out both Form V 2011A and Form V. 2011B. Please download both application forms that must
    be completely filled on computer. Do not leave any areas blank but instead write "N/A".
            Note: The photo with the application form must be passport style that is professionally taken and printed.

3.  Work Permit
    A photocopy of the work permit, which should be secured from the Labor Department or the Foreign Experts
    Bureau of China.

4.  Visa Authorization Notice
    This document is issued by the Foreign Affairs Office in China.

    Make one check or money order payable to:  BCV Visa and Passport Services Only Visa and Master card
    are accepted with 3% surcharge.

Shipping of Application
    Please send all the required documents with your check or money order to BCV (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS
    Express recommended). Multiple applications can be sent and returned in one package.
  • Same day rush service, the application must be received before 8:30 AM, CST. You must therefore
    send the application via FedEx Priority, UPS,  DHL or USPS Express .
