    Express recommended). Multiple applications can be sent and returned in one package.

Documents Required for Work Visa Application
1. Valid Passport
    You must send your valid actual passport to us.  Your passport must not expire within 6 months and must
    have at least one blank visa page.
  • Non-U.S. citizens must send a copy of their green cards or work visa.
2. Application Form
    Click here to download the form.  After filling the form online, print and sign the completed form.
3. Photo
    One passport photo, which must be 2x2, black and white, or color, with a white, or light background, and
    show a full, front view of your face.
4. Work Permit
    A photocopy of the work permit, which should be secured from the Labor Department or the Foreign Experts
    Bureau of China.
5. Visa Authorization Notice
    This document is issued by the Foreign Affairs Office in China.
6.  Flight Itinerary
    A copy of your flight itinerary from your travel agency or airline.
7. BCV Visa Order Form
    Complete the BCV Visa Order Form online. This online form is essential for us to back your visa in a correct
    address and update your order status via email.
