for residents of Alaska and Hawaii.

Enclosing a prepaid airbill (FedEx, UPS, DHL) or an envelope with sufficient stamps,
including Post Office Express Mail, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or Certified Mail.
Regular Mails or Priority Mails without delivery confirmation are not accepted.

Prepare, Collect and Send the Following Documents

1. Valid Passport
You must send your valid actual passport to us. Your passport must not expire within 6 months and must have at
least one blank visa page.
- Non-U.S. Citizens must send a copy of their green cards, "H" visa or "F" visa.
- First time applicants who were previously Chinese citizens must submit the copy of the data page (first page) of your
China passport in addition to your US passport.
- American born children of Chinese descent must provide a copy of their birth certificates and the copy of one
parent's passports and green cards when applying for the first time.

Notice
Multiple-24 Months Tourist visa is available only for the person:
1. U.S citizen and born in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong or Macao.
- The photocopy of the personal information page of his/her passport is required to provide.
2. Foreign spouse and children of a Chinese citizen
- The original and photocopy of relevant Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate, Kinship Certificate or other necessary
documents are required to provide.
3. Visa fee and our service is same as one year-multiple tourist visa.
* If you intend to stay more than 60 days, please fill out Items 4.7, 4.8 and 4.9 on the Chinese Visa Application Form.
