You enclose a prepaid airbill with your application(FedEx, UPS, USPS), or an envelope
with sufficient stamps, including US Post Office Express Mail, Priority Mail with Delivery
Confirmation, or Certified Mail. Regular Mails or Priority Mails without delivery
confirmation are not accepted).

1. Valid Passport

You must send your valid actual passport to us.

Your passport must have at least 6 months validity remaining

before expiration

and must

have at least one blank visa page.

Note:

The last three pages on the U.S.

Passport

Non-U.S. Citizens must send original green cards, "H" Visa, or "F" visa.

3. JW202 Form

A copy of your approved Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW101 or JW202) from the University in China
you will be attending.
If you are short-term study ( lessen then 3 months), you can apply business visa that is not required for Jw202
form.

4. Admission Letter

This letter should be provided by the university you will be attending
