with sufficient stamps, including US Post Office Express Mail, Priority Mail with
Delivery Confirmation, or Certified Mail. Regular Mails or Priority Mails without
confirmation are not accepted).
Shipping of Application
  • Please send all the required documents with your check or money order payable to BCV (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or
    USPS Express recommended). Multiple applications can be sent and returned in one package.
  • For same day service, the application must be received before 10:30 AM, CST. You must therefore send the
    application via FedEx priority only.

Documents Required for Student Visa Application
1. Valid Passport
    You must send your valid actual passport to us.  Your passport must not expire within 6 months and must have
    at least one blank visa page.
    Non-U.S. citizens must send a copy of their green cards or U.S. work visa.
2. Application Form

3.  Photo
    One passport style photo per applicant
4.JW202 Form
  • A copy of your approved Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW101 or JW202) from the University in
    China you will be attending.
  • If you are short-term study ( lessen then 3 months), you can apply business visa that is not required for Jw202
    form.
5. Admission Letter
    This letter should be provided by the university you will be attending to confirm that you have been accepted,
    and will be attending classes in this university.
6.  BCV  Order Form
    Complete the BCV Visa Order Form online. This online form is essential for us to back your visa in a correct
    address and update your order status via email
7. Flight Itinerary
    A copy of your round trip flight itinerary from your travel agency or airline.
