Enclosing a prepaid airbill (FedEx, UPS, DHL), or an envelope with sufficient stamps,
including Post Office Express Mail, Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or Certified
Mail. Regular Mails or Priority Mails without confirmation are not accepted.

Documents Required for China Business Visa Application
|

1. Valid Passport
You must send your valid actual passport to us. Your passport must not expire within 6 months and must have at
least one blank visa page.
- Non-U.S. citizens must send a copy of their green cards or work visa.
- First time applicants who were previously Chinese citizens must submit the date page of their China passports in
addition to their US passports.

4. Visa notification
You must submit a visa notification issued from Chinese unit, usually the Foreign Affairs Office of local
government or a large organization (Note, the regular business letter from Chinese company or your company is
not going to work anymore. If you are unable to get the Visa Notification from an authorized Chinese unit, you can
talk to your host in China if the tourist visa work for you) .
5. Flight Itinerary
A copy of your round trip flight itinerary from your travel agency or airline.
6. Hotel Reservation

7. BCV Order Form
Complete the BCV Visa Order Form online. This online form is essential for us to back your visa in a correct
