Visa and Passport Service
    Valid Passport:  
    You must send your valid actual passport.  Your passport must not expire within 6  
            months and must have at least one blank visa page.
    Non-U.S. citizen must send a copy of their green card or a valid U.S. Visa

    Application Form
    Each applicant must complete an eVisa Application for Brazil on SCEDV web site . On SCEDV web site,
    click "VISA REQUEST" . An application number will be assigned to you once you entered all information.
    Then back to SCEDV website, and click " PRINT VISA FORM DELIVERY RECEIPT". You are required to
    submit a signed receipt with standard passport photo. The signature on the receipt must be original.  
    All information and the signature on the receipt should exactly match with your passport.

    Proof of Departure:  
    Submit a copy of your travel itinerary or airline ticket.

    Proof of  Residency:
    Submit a photocopy of your driver's license  

    Business Letter
    Original business letter on company letterhead from applicant's employer or the sponsoring Company
    In U.S  is required.  It must be signed by a senior manager and contain the following information:
  1. Nature of business of the U.S. company;
  2. Applicant’s title and/or functions with the U.S. company and his/her precise nature of business
    and activities to be conducted in Brazil.
  3. Name(s) and address(es) of Brazilian company(ies) with which applicant is going to
    deal/negotiate with;
  4. Name(s) of person(s) to be contacted in Brazil, phone number(s) and his/her/their functions with
    the Brazilian company(ies);
  5. Expected travel dates of trip to Brazil;
  6. Responsibility of the U.S. company for applicant's stay in Brazil and his/her return to the country
    of origin;
    Note that business letters without the above mentined information and/or without original signature will
    not be accepted and therefore visa application will not be processed
    .
